Antique Chinese Carved Hardwood Standard Bird Lamp With Original Silk Pedoga Shade 1920's

This very unusual antique lamp was acquired from the original family who’s relatives brought it back from Shanghai in 1920s.
The original pale yellow silk is decorated in bird motifs. It is in vintage condition but still absolutely beautiful.
The lamp when lit adds a wonderful ambiance to any room. This bird lamp is a supper design statement and a real talking piece. It has been rewired.
